Specialisation
Angela’s main area of interest is fiction (literary and genre, including speculative, historical and crime). She loves to work on socially and politically aware fiction, including manuscripts with mental health, LGBTIQ+, feminist and environmental themes.
For individual clients, Angela specialises in ‘big picture’ editing – helping authors make decisions about character motivation, story structure, style, and themes and concerns of the manuscript. She also helps with aspects of tension, pace, and general ‘readability’ of a work.
